Genetics: - Up to 30% of the population may be genetically inclined to gum disease.

It is easy to prevent gingivitis by following instruction at your home. Regular brushing is the best way of curing gingivitis at home. Use soft toothbrush .You may use herbal toothpaste also. Dedicate at least 8-10 minutes to clean your teeth. Following are some of the remedies to cure gingivitis:-

Gargling your mouth with saltwater is a great way to reduce the swelling of gums.

Chewing of a clove is also effective in the reduction of inflammation in the gums.

Aloe Vera juice is also an effective way of treating the problem of gum infection.

A healthy diet is also equally important for curing gingivitis. Eating apple is a good way of curing infection. Include fruits like pears and apples in your daily diet and you will surely get relief from gum problems.
