If one of the tooth is broken exposing the nerves and blood vessels the dentist may opt for a Root Canal Treatment to cover up the broken part of the tooth so that the nerves and blood vessels are not exposed to the extreme heat or cold that is introduced in the form of tea coffee or cold drinks. Sensitivity to heat and cold may be another indicator for a dentist to take the course of root canal treatment for a patient.
